A landmark Ventura County hotel has been purchased by a Tokyo-based business school, which will send students there for three-month seminars in the English language and Western culture. Tokyo Business College paid a little more than $2 million for Santa Paula's 78-year-old Glen Tavern Inn, the only hotel in the county listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
