Amber Riley, was that really a 27 out of 30 we saw you earn with the cha-cha on "Dancing With the Stars" Monday night? The first night of the 17th season of "Dancing With the Stars"? Even Kellie Pickler, last season's winner, notched only a 21 with the cha-cha her first night on the dance floor. Riley, who's a singer by training and a dancer only as "a dream deferred" - she said on the show that her family could afford only one of the pursuits - took to the ballroom thing like a fish to water, despite early nerves.

Cory Monteith may not have been on stage at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards, but he was definitely in Lea Michele's heart as she collected her award for actress in a comedy series.  It was Michele's first public appearance since her boyfriend and "Glee" costar Monteith's accidental overdose on heroin and alcohol in a Vancouver, Canada, hotel room nearly a month ago. She focused not on his untimely death but on what he'd represented during his...

Yes, Amber Riley fainted on the red carpet before a “Glee” event Tuesday night, but she bounced right back to participate in a panel discussion that night and on Wednesday hit Twitter to explain what happened - and to squash some rumors.   She got a little dizzy from all the photographers' flashes outside of the TV Academy of Arts and Sciences in North Hollywood, she said, even though the chaos isn't exactly a new thing for her anymore. “Still a red carpet amateur I guess.

The second season of "Glee" is going to be much harder to pull off than the first. It's not that the knives are out — although having a special issue of People devoted to the show was truly weird and annoying. It's just that while the glorious and joyful noise of the first season rocked most everyone back on their heels, we're all caught up on the soundtracks and the live shows, Jane Lynch and Ryan Murphy have got their Emmys and now we're looking forward to "Glee's" becoming a real television show.

Despite its fresh-faced cast, G-rating and untainted, unapologetic air of jubilance (see, please, the two exclamation points, both of which are quite sincere), "Glee Live! In Concert!" seemed very much at home in Las Vegas, where the stars of Fox's hit show kicked off their second live tour. Certainly the sold-out crowd Saturday at the Mandalay Bay Events Center could not have been more welcoming. The 7,500 fans all but drowned out the opening strains of "Don't Stop Believin'" with shrieks, whistles and general paroxysms of joy, some while wearing red-trimmed jackets in homage to the show's secondary glee club, the Warblers.

Jenna Ushkowitz plays glee club sensation Tina Cohen-Chang on the hit show "Glee," but the real-life Broadway star has made her way into the fashion industry as well. She recently designed and modeled a back-to-school denim collection for the brand Wall Flower and is a frequent standout on event red carpets. Some recent sartorial highlights include a Milly "Paris" pleated and paint-splatter print skirt at Comic-Con, the white Amber Sakai skirt and top she wore to the Fox Fall Eco-Casino party, and the sheer, floral print with sexy cutouts dress from Rebecca Minkoff's spring 2012 collection that she donned at the SAG awards earlier this year.
