'Pop Rocks' Spark Suit: Kraft General Foods Inc. sued a Korean candy company, alleging patent and trademark infringement stemming from its attempts to sell carbonated candies called Pop Rocks. In the federal lawsuit against Jeong Woo Confectionery Co., Kraft asserted that it holds the rights to the Pop Rocks name and the patented "method of gasified confection" used in the candy, which "pops" when wet.
