The brightest comet since Hale-Bopp four years ago is visible as a small fuzzy blob of light in the morning sky. I was outraged that, according to "Some E-Auction Users Get Less Than They Bargain For" (March 16), EBay claims that only one in 25,000 auctions generates a complaint. I searched their site for an hour to find a way to file a complaint but could find no way to reach them. They get so few complaints because they make it impossible to make one. JOHN MOSLEY Encino
