A Ventura advertising agency, Johnston Ad Groups Inc., has landed two new clients--Ventura-based American Commercial Bank and Ventura County News Network, which produces a program jointly backed by KADY-TV and Jones Intercable. Keith Johnston, the agency's president, declined to say how much billing is involved in the new accounts, but said that "they're good, solid accounts that offer prestige as well as new business." Johnston said his agency's billings total well over $1 million annually.
