Rivals ShoeDazzle and JustFab, L.A. fashion websites that sell women's shoes, will merge after months of negotiations. The companies said the merger would create the world's largest fashion subscription e-commerce company, with more than $400 million in annual revenue and 33 million members. Financial details and other terms of the deal, announced Wednesday, were not disclosed. JustFab co-CEOs Adam Goldenberg and Don Ressler will keep their titles at the combined company, while ShoeDazzle CEO Brian Lee will become a member of the board of directors.

Kimora Lee Simmons is giving her e-commerce fashion site JustFab a bricks-and-mortar home. The new 3,000-square-foot flagship store is set to open at the Glendale Galleria with a grand opening celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday. Simmons, the company's president and creative director, will be on hand to meet customers. Stylists George Kotsiopolous and Jessica Paster are also expected to attend the event, which will include Champagne, desserts and music by DJ Chris Carter. The creator and former designer of the Baby Phat clothing line and host of the Style Network show "Life in the Fab Lane," Simmons joined the Manhattan Beach-based subscription e-tailer in 2011.

Kimora Lee Simmons and actor Djimon Hounsou have separated after 5½ years together, she confirmed Wednesday on Twitter. "There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating," she wrote . "The truth is Djimon+I have been separated for some time. We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends+family. We all have much to be thankful for. #HappyThanksgiving" Simmons' rep confirmed the split with People , noting that although "Gladiator" actor Hounsou, 48, and Simmons, 37, never married, they have one child together, 3½-year-old Kenzo.

Hudson wanted athletic wear that could better cross over from workout to fashion, so she co-founded a line called Fabletics, clothing designed for most female body types. A Los Angeles digital marketing company scammed "a substantial number" of Angry Birds players through deceptive banner ads, according to a Federal Trade Commission complaint. Jesta Digital agreed to a $1.2-million settlement with the FTC. On top of that, the company agreed to give refunds to customers who were duped. The ads targeted the hundreds of millions of Android device owners who use the free version of the mobile game Angry Birds , the FTC complaint said. Jesta ads in the app and other places online said that a virus had been detected on the device.

Kimora Lee Simmons is off the market and has been for a while now, according to her ex-husband, Russell Simmons.  The runway model/designer/author, 38, has secretly married Goldman Sachs investment banker Tim Leissner, whom she has been linked to since last year, according to E! News. However, it is unclear when the nuptials actually took place. "All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married," Russell Simmons, 56,  tweeted  Wednesday.
