Clint Massey, who raps under the name RondoNumbaNine, brags in one of his videos about his ability to "meet face to face, put a hole in your face, still beat the case. " "Glock go blah , damn, that's great," he raps. Now the 17-year-old Chicago rapper is charged with first-degree murder in a shooting, and investigators say there's a fingerprint, witnesses and video footage that connect him to the killing, according to local media reports. Massey appeared in court Sunday, where he was ordered held in lieu of $2-million bail on suspicion of being part of a two-gunman team that shot and killed a livery driver in Chicago's South Side in February.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, together again? Well, it seems they were for a couple of hours Friday morning in Texas. Just days after Bieber posted an Oscar-night photo of ex-girlfriend Gomez on Instagram , captioning it "Most elegant princess in the world," the two were caught on camera leaving a perfume store in downtown McAllen, Texas. That after hitting up a Starbucks and Don Pepe's Mexican restaurant, where according to south Texas newspaper the Monitor they spent $153.

Exit Justin Bieber, enter Khloe Kardashian: The reality-TV star has purchased Justin Bieber's Calabasas home, according to reports out Thursday. Word that the youngest Kardashian sister had purchased the 10,000-square-foot mansion came first from Us Weekly , citing "multiple sources" as confirming the deal. Kardashian just sold the Tarzana pad she'd shared with estranged husband Lamar Odom to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco and her new husband, tennis player Ryan Sweeting.

Perhaps you have heard of Justin Bieber, a young Canadian immigrant whose stated hobbies include hanging out with friends, skateboarding and doing "normal things . " Perhaps you've also heard of his music career. But did you know that Floridians could plausibly argue that they had a legal right to watch footage of Bieber urinating in a Miami Beach police station? For various reasons that involve possible drug use, possible drag racing and definitely high-powered media attorneys, this profound constitutional question had to be considered by a Miami-Dade County judge this week.

Dying to see Justin Bieber's junk? Well, a judge on Tuesday squashed those weird hopes, ruling that while additional surveillance video footage would indeed be made public, shots of the singer urinating must have his private parts blurred or blacked out. Call that a score for human decency, we say. Though the world will still be able to witness the 20-year-old peeing in a cup and a jailhouse toilet, so maybe we spoke too soon. Miami-Dade County Judge Bill Altfield told lawyers in court Tuesday that despite Florida's liberal privacy laws regarding evidence going public, Bieber "has not lost his expectation of dignity, and that's what's most important here.

Is Justin Bieber longing for simpler times? The off-the-rails pop star on Monday posted to Instagram a photo montage of ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, taken upon her arrival at the Vanity Fair bash Sunday after the Oscars. "Most elegant princess in the world," he captioned it . Of course what pops to mind is a previous Vanity Fair arrival shot - one taken in 2011 - that showed Bieber and Gomez, then 17 and 18, respectively, together in public as a couple for pretty much the first time.

Canadian pop star/cultural experiment Justin Bieber, one of the most documented humans out there right now, is about to make an exciting new appearance in some grainy police surveillance footage. There could be up to 10 hours of it, in case you'd like to clear your schedule. Bieber, now 19, entered a new stage of his public life when he was arrested a month ago on suspicion of drag-racing in Miami Beach while already under investigation for a felony egging incident (really) in Los Angeles County.

Wearing bright orange shoes and sticking his arms out to help steady himself, Justin Bieber stumbled at least twice during a toe-the-line sobriety test at a Miami Beach jail. The video from a jail surveillance camera was among the few scenes that captured Bieber, according to media reports, among 10 hours of video footage released Wednesday by the Miami Beach Police Department. Evidence in criminal cases is public record in Florida once turned over to the defense. Media covering the 19-year-old pop singer's DUI case requested the video's release.

"Scared Straight" it ain't - new video footage out Wednesday is more like a sneaky treat for people who really love or really hate the Biebs.  Miami Beach authorities released about 10 hours of surveillance video showing Bieber at a Miami-Dade County jail after being arrested Jan. 23 on suspicion of DUI, resisting arrest without force and driving without a valid license.

Los Angeles County prosecutors are deciding whether to charge Justin Bieber with felony vandalism after he allegedly egged a neighbor's home. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department detectives turned over their investigation to prosecutors on Thursday, and sources said the investigators are seeking a felony vandalism prosecution against the singer. Bieber is considered a suspect in the egging incident at his neighbor's home in the 25000 block of Prado Del Grandioso in Calabasas.
