Chicago-based Kemper Securities Inc., the former brokerage unit of Kemper Corp., said it is changing its name to Capmarc Securities Inc. . . . El Segundo-based Computer Sciences Corp. said it will get $200 million as its share of a contract to provide information-processing support services to the Treasury Department, other Treasury bureaus and the Internal Revenue Service.

ICN Merger Corp., the company that is emerging from the consolidation of ICN Pharmaceuticals and its three affiliates, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell $150 million worth of convertible subordinated debentures, due in 2004.
