Blair, 41, starred last year in "Darkhorse" and "Replicas.

Radio personality Jonathon Brandmeier has sold his Malibu estate for $4.1 million. The nearly 6,000-square-foot ocean-view home features patios, balconies, an office, a media room, a gym, six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The 1.6-acre site includes a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sports court, an art studio and a koi pond. Brandmeier, 55, has been heard on L.A. airwaves at KLSX-FM (97.1). However, he spent most of his broadcasting career as a staple on Chicago radio. He sold because he now lives in Chicago, where he is the WGN-AM morning host.

Nick Richards of the '80s band Boys Don't Cry has listed his Malibu home for $3,195,000.
