The San Francisco comic W. Kamau Bell turned ears with his raucous and barbed FX show "Totally Biased" and his popular podcast "The Field Negro Guide to Arts & Culture" with Living Colour guitarist Vernon Reid. Comedian Tig Notaro's downtown Los Angeles loft is oddly intact considering she is moving across the country in the morning. She's about to start a new job with Comedy Central, she has a new book deal with Ecco, her debut comedy album, "Good One," is now No. 2 in its category on iTunes, and reporters from Vanity Fair and the New Yorker are calling later about a new comedy recording of hers on Louis C.K.'s website. Still, as she relaxes on the taupe couch that divides her industrial-modern kitchen and airy, sun-lit living room, Notaro seems utterly unflustered.

COMEDY Comedian Bo Burnham might be best known as the youngest comic to record a Comedy Central special, but precocity is the least of his talents. Perhaps the leading voice of acerbic Millennial angst, he's performed on "Chelsea Lately," IFC and nearly every comedy fest that matters. Largo at the Coronet, 366 N. COMEDY Already one of the top performers today who took stand-up comedy into rock clubs in the '00s with the Comedians of Comedy Tour (also featuring Zach Galifianakis, Maria Bamford and Brian Posehn), Patton Oswalt made the leap into new corners of his craft since reaching greater fame in films such as Pixar's "Ratatouille" and "Young Adult. " Honed by his experiences as a new father, his latest album "Finest Hour" is aptly named, and here at his monthly set at Largo he'll be joined by fellow comics who will surely keep the laughs coming.

A comic who specializes in a taboo-busting form of mischievously delivered shock and awe, Sarah Silverman's profile isn't quite as sky-high as when she was inspiring complimentary magazine profiles in the wake of her one-woman-show-turned-movie "Jesus Is Magic," but she still has a sharp eye for digging into sacred cows. Here she'll be joined by a roster of guests that includes Natasha Leggero, Eddie Pepitone and more. Largo, 366 N. La Cienega Blvd., L.A. Thurs., 8:30 p.m. $25. http://www.largo-la.com .
