Argentina's Supreme Court has ruled that divorce and remarriage is a constitutional right in the mostly Roman Catholic nation, one of the few nations in the world where divorce is banned. In a 3-to-2 vote, the high court struck down as unconstitutional a law that allowed couples to legally separate but barred them from remarrying.
