Former UCLA football coach Rick Neuheisel has listed his house in Bel-Air for sale at $4.995 million. The Cape Cod-inspired traditional, built in 2008, opens to a grand foyer. The 6,000 square feet of living space features wainscoting, coffered ceilings and ocean and city views. Including the master bedroom with a sitting area and balcony, there are five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Neuheisel, 51, was the head football coach at his alma mater from 2008 until last year. Although the Bruins won the first Pac-12 South Division title, Neuheisel was fired following the 6-6 season.

Singer Melanie Brown — Scary Spice from her days with the Spice Girls — and her husband, producer Stephen Belafonte, have put their Tarzana compound on the market at $3.45 million. Zsa Zsa Gabor's longtime Bel-Air estate has come on the market at $15 million. Gabor's ninth husband, Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt, had announced in January that the couple hoped to sell the house for $28 million. More recently, he expressed a desire to downsize to a modern building with security for him and his wife, 94, who has been in and out of the hospital for hip replacement, leg amputation and pneumonia. "I want to move her into someplace safe and more comfortable - a luxury high-rise condo," he said in an interview.
