Two people died Wednesday night in a collision on California Highway 138 in the Antelope Valley that involved as many as eight cars, a California Highway Patrol officer said. A 24-year-old woman and a man in his early 20s were killed, he said. Their names were not released The accident, which involved a motor home, occurred in the small community of Littlerock, just east of Palmdale, at around 8 p.m., said Officer Alex Gonzalez.
