A 34-year-old Tennessee man became one of America's wealthiest bachelors Friday when he stepped forward to claim an $89.3-million Powerball jackpot. Kent Miller of Madison, Tenn., received a ceremonial oversized check from Kentucky Lottery Corp. officials. Flanked by his lawyers and his two brothers, Keith and Kenneth, Miller said he had no plans yet for spending the money other than building a new home for his mother, Ocie Miller of Indianapolis.
