A probate judge in Westport, Conn., ruled in favor of the widow of Rep. Stewart B. McKinney (R-Conn.), who died of AIDS-related disease in 1987, denying the claim of a Georgia man who said he was McKinney's lover, officials said. Arnold R. Denson, 34, sought to have Lucie McKinney removed as the administrator of McKinney's estate because he claimed he was being denied benefits assigned to him in McKinney's will.
