Alpha Microsystems said it has completed the acquisition of M&J Technologies Inc., a privately held Florida computer service and support company. Alpha said it expects the purchase price, contingent on future revenues, to be about $700,000. The price includes a down payment, two equal sums payable 12 months and 18 months after closing, and the assumption of $100,000 in contract liabilities.

Alpha Microsystems said it agreed to acquire the service and support business of M&J Technologies Inc. in Florida. Terms weren't disclosed. Alpha Microsystems said it expects the purchase to provide about $1.2 million in annual revenue. The company said the product sales division of M&J is not included in the transaction and will continue to operate independently in Florida. Alpha Microsystems provides computer services such as consulting, maintenance and networking.
