Famed palimony attorney Marvin Mitchelson pleaded not guilty Monday to tax fraud charges and said his dispute with the government was over "a difference in accounting methods." A federal grand jury indicted Mitchelson last week on charges that he understated his income and overstated his deductions between 1983 and 1986.
