Update: Singer and record producer John Feldmann has sold his Bel-Air-area house for $2.45 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The contemporary Mediterranean, built in 2002, has an open floor plan with 4,700 square feet. The recording studio in the home contains a live room, two control rooms and a vocal booth. Including a master suite with a private patio, there are five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The grounds of more than a third of an acre include a saltwater pool with spa. Feldmann, 44, is the lead singer and guitarist for Goldfinger.

Rapper and actress Eve has listed her Hollywood Hills home at $2,045,000 or for lease at $15,000 a month, the Multiple Listing Service shows. The contemporary Mediterranean has large public rooms designed for entertaining and city light views. There are four bedrooms, 41/2 bathrooms and 4,297 square feet of living space. Eve, 31, appeared last year in the roller derby film "Whip It" and on "Glee" as a rival choral coach. She starred in the TV series "Eve" from 2003 to '06. Her first three albums sold more than 8 million copies worldwide.

Actor Morris Chestnut, of "Boyz N the Hood" fame, has sold his equestrian property in Hidden Hills as a short sale for $2.3 million. The six-bedroom, 61/2-bathroom Mediterranean sits on 2.4 acres that include a tennis court, a swimming pool, a covered patio, a barbecue area, a pasture and a five-stall stable. A long driveway leads past mature trees and an expansive lawn to a porte-cochere. The 5,522-square-foot house, built in 1974 and remodeled during Chestnut's ownership, has a suite with a separate entrance on one floor, and all other living areas on the main floor.

311 frontman Nick Hexum kept busy this summer selling one Los Angeles-area home and buying another. The 42-year-old vocalist and guitarist sold a house in the Hollywood Hills West for $1.5 million. Built in 1990, it has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 3,608 square feet of living space. It was built in 1990 and sits on a quarter acre. He bought the property in 1996 for $647,000. The singer-songwriter bought a contemporary Mediterranean in Topanga for $1.975 million. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house, built in 2004, has nearly 5,000 square feet of living space and sits on 10 acres.

"Selling L.A. " reality show viewers may wonder if any of the featured homes actually sell. Although perhaps not in time for the closing credits, some houses under consideration for the show do find a buyer outside the roving eye of the camera. One home that agent Rebekah Schwartz was promoting to HGTV for its 15 minutes of fame was the Marina del Rey pad that former Laker Lamar Odom rented a few years back. Listed at $1.995 million in January, it closed early this month at $1.825 million.

The $1.5 billion Paramount Park in Spain hopes to rival Disneyland Paris as a European tourist destination when the movie theme park debuts in spring 2015. > Photos: Paramount Park Murcia theme park in Spain Located on the Mediterranean coast about 270 miles southeast of Madrid, Paramount Park Murcia will feature 30 attractions with an adjacent shopping center, hotels and casino. Construction is expected to begin in spring 2012 on a 100-acre theme park set around a central lake that will combine the themed lands of Disneyland with the movie backlots of Universal Studios . While not an investor, Paramount Pictures will license movie properties to the developer and provide design direction for the theme park.
