Michael Schulman

Michael Schulman took over day-to-day operations of the Ducks in June, after the NHL suspended owner Henry Samueli indefinitely and Samueli's wife and co-owner, Susan, agreed to abide by the terms of the suspension. Samueli had entered a guilty plea in federal court to one felony count of making a false statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission during its investigation into his company, Broadcom, and alleged practices of backdating stock options to reward executives.
