No. 19 caught Michelle Duggar by surprise. The 42-year-old mom of 18 noticed that she wasn't losing weight, so she took a pregnancy test. "And lo and behold, I was just pleasantly surprised that this was positive," Duggar said Tuesday. Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar live in Tontitown, Ark., and are featured with their family on TLC's "18 Kids and Counting." The announcement of the Duggars' 19th child comes as their oldest, 21-year-old Josh, is about to become a father himself.

The TLC reality show "19 Kids and Counting" may soon need a new name. Arkansas couple Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar appeared with their burgeoning clan on NBC's "Today" show Tuesday and announced they are expecting their 20th child in April. Michelle Duggar, 45, said she's in good physical shape and that she's not worried, despite complications during her last pregnancy that led to the premature birth of their youngest child two years ago. She said she's made it through her first trimester safely.

Michelle Duggar just delivered her 16th child, Johannah Faith, in Little Rock, and she's already thinking about having more. The father, Jim Bob Duggar, 40, said mother and child were doing well. Johannah's birth was exciting because it was the first time in eight years the family has had a girl, he said. Duggar said he and Michelle, 39, "just love children and we consider each a blessing from the Lord."
