The Rolling Stones have rescheduled their Dodger Stadium concert as part of a tour reshuffling made necessary by what they described as a recommendation to take four days off to allow 63-year-old lead singer Mick Jagger "to properly recover from recent throat problems." The band will perform Nov. 22 instead of Nov. 18. Tickets for the original date will be honored on the new one. Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger will celebrate his 60th birthday today with a party in Prague so tony that former Czech President Vaclav Havel is on the guest list, and so hush-hush that Havel says even he doesn't know where it will take place. "We will be told at the last minute," Havel's aide said. Jagger is hosting the super-secret bash a day before the Stones perform in Prague on the European leg of their "Forty Licks" tour.
