Santana Moss and Antwaan Randle El were unable to practice Friday, putting the Washington Redskins in a perilous position at wide receiver for Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Matt Hasselbeck got up wheezing after throwing his first incompletion Sunday. The 1998 year, beginning with the Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1, has only seen a devaluation in the Katzenmoyer currency.
