Bob Foth of Colorado Springs, Colo., won the men's smallbore rifle three-position title and Launi Meili of Cheney, Wash., took the women's air rifle competition Monday at the National Rifle Assn.'s U.S. International Shooting Championships in Chino. Foth won with a two-day score of 2,424.6. Meili went from fifth place to first with 881.9 points. Meili won women's gold medal in the World Cup at West Germany three weeks ago.
