Nebraska Joins Suit Against Executive Life: The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority will join Norwest Bank Minneapolis as a co-plaintiff in a California lawsuit against Executive Life Insurance Co. to protect its agricultural bond holders. NIFA Executive Director Larry Bare said the suit will seek a judgment that contracts issued by Executive Life to secure NIFA's Agricultural Revenue Bonds be treated equally with the insurance company's other insurance products.
