Never Gonna Dance Musical

The new musical "Never Gonna Dance," based on the RKO motion picture "Swing Time" starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, is skipping Los Angeles on its way to Broadway. The world premiere of the dance musical, which celebrates the music of Jerome Kern, was planned for January at the Ahmanson and recently had been announced as a highlight of the theater's 2003-04 season.
