Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach for $14.5 million from a partnership led by Southwest Value Partners of San Diego and South Charles Investment Co. The sellers were represented by Robert Garey, Bob Alperin and Kimball Wasick of Cushman & Wakefield, along with Kevin Shannon of Grubb & Ellis. Ocean Beach Investors was represented by Jack Ravan of South Park Group.
