ValueClick Inc. in Westlake Village said it has acquired OnResponse.com, an online advertising firm, for $800,000 and 750,000 shares of ValueClick common stock. ValueClick also agreed to pay up to $16.6 million in stock based on the revenue and performance of OnResponse.com during the next two years. ValueClick provides targeted Internet advertising solutions for advertisers and Web publishers.
