Time was, a man in the province of Ontario could flick on the tube, slouch back on the sofa, put away the better part of a six-pack and wait for one of those near-naughty Canadian beer commercials--the ones with the pretty girls in the skimpy costumes. He could leer. He could hoot. Shiny and addled with drink, he could drool. No more. Now, Ontario has a socialist government of a moralizing bent, and the louche male chauvinists of the province are having to clean up their act.
