A Superior Court judge Friday delayed ruling for a second day on whether to remove two advisory measures from a June ballot that also includes recall votes on three Orange school trustees. Judge Francisco Firmat, postponing his ruling until Monday, asked Orange Recall Committee attorney Pamela Moore to submit more specific information that would support the committee's claim that the measures violate the 1st Amendment and equal-protection guarantees.
