Mentor Corp. of Santa Barbara agreed to acquire Perouse Plastie, a French silicone breast implant maker, to add manufacturing capacity now that regulators have allowed U.S. sales of such products to resume. The purchase, for 42 million euros (about $56 million), is expected to be completed in July.
