Nashville Cats: One of Los Angeles's top law firms is expanding to Nashville, in recognition of that city's thriving music scene. Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, whose entertainment division represents such acts as Guns N' Roses, Barbra Streisand and Cher, will open the new office in August. It will be staffed by Manatt attorney Ken Kraus, who already handles such Nashville-based clients as Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith.
