Armand Marciano, a Guess co-founder and executive, has put his Beverly Hills Post Office area estate for sale at $63 million. Set on close to 20 acres, the Mediterranean-style mansion has 30,000 square feet of space in three stories including an elevator, eight fireplaces, seven bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. The staff quarters have three more bedrooms. The garage can park 17 cars. The grounds feature a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, a pool house, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a tennis court and pavilion, orchards and fountains.

Described as a "21st century Loire Valley chateau," the house sits behind gates on more than 4 acres. Features include a glass-enclosed wine vault in the dining room, a wood-paneled library and a master suite with dual bathrooms and walk-in closets and a sitting area with a two-sided fireplace. The more than 9,000 square feet of living space include six bedrooms and 91/2 bathrooms.

Actress Kaley Cuoco , who plays the neighbor of two socially inept physicists on "The Big Bang Theory," has listed her Sherman Oaks home at $949,000. The gated Spanish-style house was built in 1937 but has been updated. Features include distressed hardwood floors, French doors that open to a covered patio and interior arches between living spaces. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,171 square feet. Cuoco, 25, has starred on "The Big Bang Theory" since 2007.

Update: Actress Linda Evans, known for her role as Krystle Carrington on the '80s hit show "Dynasty," has sold her Beverly Hills Post Office-area home for $2.7 million. The one-story ranch house, built in 1937, sits on a half-acre behind gates and tall hedges. A main house and a detached guest unit/office have a total of four bedrooms and 51/2 bathrooms in about 3,900 square feet of living space. The grounds include a circular motor court, mature trees, a rose garden and a swimming pool.

The Mediterranean main house and guesthouse have 2,000 square feet of living space, including three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A stone hot tub sits on a hill above the home. Listing details describe the backyard as a garden of Eden. How appropriate since Metcalfe, 32, played teen gardener John Rowland on "Housewives" from 2004 to 2009. He starred in the films "John Tucker Must Die" (2006)

The Beverly Hills Post Office-area home of the late stage actress Bijou Durden is on the market at $3.35 million. Now owned by her sons, film producer Bruce Cohn Curtis and Washington, D.C., club owner Tom Curtis, the 1927 Italian-style villa was often leased out to celebrities during Durden's later ownership. Among the renters were actress and model Elizabeth Hurley, actor Christopher Lambert and singer-actress Sarah Brightman. Vintage light fixtures, moldings and shutters bring period details to the renovated 3,721-square-foot house.

Actress and model Mischa Barton has her Beverly Hills Post Office area compound listed for sale at $8,695,000 or for lease at $30,000 a month. The main house and three guesthouses have a total of eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and six fireplaces in nearly 9,800 square feet of living space. The 1.2 acres include a swimming pool and spa. Barton, 25, starred in "The Beautiful Life" (2009) and "The O.C. " (2003-06). She purchased the house in 2005 for $6.4 million, according to public records.
