Datalogic Consulting Inc., a Garden Grove information technology consulting firm, said Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire the international operations of Provitek Inc., which has recently set up facilities and staff in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Terms were not disclosed. Datalogic said in a news release that it expects to gain immediate access to a pool of well trained and highly qualified IT specialists who can support the company's growth and meet the needs of its customers.
