Motion Picture Assn. Sues Rap Group: The New York-based Motion Picture Assn. of America Inc. sued Quality Records Inc., a Beverly Hills record company, and rap musicians PG-13, alleging unfair competition and infringement of its movie ratings trademark. The federal court suit contends that the group and its album, "Rolling with the PG," distributed by QRI, violated the Trademark Act of 1946.
