When the Weinstein Co. announced a year and a half ago that it was moving "Project Runway" from Bravo to Lifetime, it did more than tick off the good folks at NBC; it sent tremors of fear through the fan base. As the original January premiere date for Season 6 came and went, with Bravo parent company NBC Universal and the Weinstein Co. duking it out in court, devotees were not only jonesing, they were worried. What would the move to Lifetime mean? A kinder, gentler Heidi Klum sending off eliminated contestants with a murmured "Ciao" instead of the clipped "Auf Wiedersehen"?

The stigma once attached to fake fur — it had a reputation as being thick, matted and sticky — has mostly diminished. In fact, the material has evolved into something that looks and feels rather luxurious. Two of the most cited manufacturers of "high faux" are France-based Tissavel, which has been making fake fur since the 1950s and supplies Chanel and Prada with custom-made material, and New York-based Tiger J, which makes fake fur for Naeem Khan, Dennis Basso, Rachel Zoe and Adrienne Landau's lines.

Fergie showed off her baby bump on Tuesday at the Los Angeles premiere of "Scenic Route," her husband Josh Duhamel's new film. The singer for the Black Eyed Peas looked suitably like a rocker Mom in a studded jacket, tight pants and super-stretchy top. I don't know who designed the clothes, but she was carrying a Perrin Paris cabriolet clutch. Rachel Zoe tells Capitol File magazine that her Bravo show, "The Rachel Zoe Project," is over. [Capitol File] Lily Collins has been overdoing the crop-top fad and is starting to look like a fashion victim, Los Angeles Times Fashion Critic Booth Moore says.

With the Supreme Court deciding two marriage equality cases Wednesday, and Twitter reaction coming fast and furious, I was interested to see how the fashion industry would respond. The industry has been incredibly supportive of gay rights over the years. Isaac Mizrahi and Michael Kors recently married their same-sex partners, while Tom Ford , Christian Siriano and other designers have spoken out on the issue in interviews. Vogue Editor in Chief Anna Wintour released a video stating her opinion that the right to marry is as fundamental as the right to vote.

IT'S a jungle out there. And we can blame it on Jack Nicholson. Not only are Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana and Roger Vivier releasing wild leopard-print slouch bags and satchels this awards season but some fashion-forward actresses -- and such uber-trendsetters as Vogue editor Anna Wintour and stylist Rachel Zoe -- are already on the prowl in slinky leopard-print silk dresses, coats, blouses and even Ugg-style boots, platform heels, long scarves and belts.
