Eleven cars of a freight train left the rails Saturday after they were diverted onto a siding and struck a parked boxcar. Four members of the crew on the train were injured, authorities said. The engineer, Robert Laugherty, 34, reported seeing two teen-age boys pull the switch that sidetracked the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad train an instant before the collision, said Russel Chiodo, Beaver County emergency management coordinator.
