An express passenger train traveling at a high speed derailed Monday near a station west of Copenhagen, killing eight people and injuring 71 in Denmark's worst train accident in 21 years, authorities said. The five-car train, carrying about 300 passengers, was heading from Fredericia in Jutland to Copenhagen when it derailed half a mile before Soroe station, 45 miles west of the capital. Three of the cars overturned, witnesses said.
