After guiding a turnaround at Apria Healthcare Group Inc., its biggest shareholder will take home a big chunk of money--a gain of about $119 million--by selling more than three-quarters of its holdings in the Costa Mesa home-care company. Relational Investors, an activist institutional investor that took charge of the nation's largest home health-care company 2 1/2 years ago, said Friday that it will sell 8.5 million shares, or about 16% of the company's stock. The investor owns 20%.
