Ugandan soldiers have arrested a Lendu warrior in the slayings of six Red Cross workers in Congo. Maj. Gen. Jeje Odongo, head of the Ugandan army, which controls parts of northeastern Congo, confirmed a newspaper report that said the motive of the attack was robbery. The government-owned New Vision newspaper said Dongo Chuga, a fighter from the Lendu ethnic group, had confessed.
