A benefit for the AIDS Healthcare Foundation will be held Sunday evening featuring a silent auction of celebrity portraits by Mexican artist Miguel Angel Reyes. A number of celebrities are expected to attend the event, which will feature a Spanish Caribbean buffet and jazz music by Brazilian singers Ana Gazzola and Sonia Santos, said Alexander Asch, president of Renaissance Enterprises, the Los Angeles public relations firm that is sponsoring the benefit. The benefit will start at 4 p.m.
