Coach Chuck Knox said he also will keep starting tackle Jackie Slater sidelined for Sunday's game at New Orleans. Slater has been bothered by a torn chest muscle. "It's not good news," Knox said of Newberry's latest exams. "And we have a lot of other people with bumps and bruises, which means we won't be able to go in full pads (today)."
