" At first, it seemed as if he wasn't going to follow through on his pledge. But with Rita Ora providing a bit of stripping assistance - she came up behind him and ripped open his snap-closure shirt - he eventually delivered.  "If I beat Thor- I'm accepting the award shirtless on stage.

The French fashion house of Vionnet has had a few stops and starts on its road to revival. But Hollywood's love affair with the label shows no signs of waning. Thursday night, Amber Heard walked the red carpet at the premiere of the film "Paranoia" wearing a Vionnet sky blue, black and ivory silk cady draped dress with a navy silk satin skirt featuring ivory beads arranged in a modern design. The color combinations were fresh and the beading detail unusual. It made you look twice -- in a good way. Madeleine Vionnet, the French designer who invented the bias cut and drew inspiration from Greek statues for her famous pleating, closed her business in 1939.  The revival of the brand began in 2006.

DJ Mustard has kept dance floors --  and strip clubs -- bouncing with tracks by Tyga, 2 Chainz, YG and Young Jeezy. Now, the L.A. based producer behind some of the biggest “ratchet” hits to dominate radio has signed a deal with Roc Nation. Earlier this year, the beatmaker, born Dijon McFarlan, landed a management deal with the entertainment company founded by Jay Z. Roc Nation will also handle the rising producer as a solo artist, the company announced Monday through Jay's Life and Times website . Hip-hop fans are well-versed with McFarlan, considering his calling card, “Mustard on the beat,” comes up quite often on his string of smashes that include Tyga's “Rack City,” 2 Chainz's “I'm Different” and Jeezy's “R.I.P.” PHOTOS: Unexpected musical collaborations In a video announcing the new deal, McFarlan said his goal as a solo act was to establish himself as hip-hop's answer to popular, touring EDM DJs and to expand outside the “ratchet” hip-hop music he's known for. “What I wanted to do was just put out an album and go tour off of my own album, and have people come see me like they go see David Guetta.

Even now that we've come to expect over-the-top runway show sets from Karl Lagerfeld, the faux art gallery opening he staged Tuesday morning for the Chanel show at the Grand Palais was still impressive. The walls and floors were filled with contemporary-looking artworks celebrating the design codes of the French fashion house, including quilting, pearls, cardigans and more.
