RMKO.com Inc., an online shopping mall, said Tuesday that it intends to go public. The Lake Forest company's main site, a shopping mall at http://www.rmko.com, has nearly 1,300 store listings and expects to have about 3,000 stores online by May, Richard M. Krawczyk, its chief executive, said in a press release.
