The Ladycats, winners of nine consecutive Southern Section championships, had big third and fourth quarters to coast to an 80-44 victory over the Tigers in a Division II Southern California Regionals semifinal Thursday at Brea Olinda High.

Rochelle Anthony had her third consecutive double-double as Brea Olinda defeated Torrance Bishop Montgomery, 65-38, Saturday in the championship game of the Brea Olinda tournament. Davidson scored 17 points, had 17 rebounds and was named tournament MVP. The Ladycats (4-0) have not lost a game in this tournament since 1982. Lindsey Davidson had 17 points and six steals for Brea Olinda.

In Orange Empire Conference women's games: Fullerton 86, Santa Ana 70--Pam Flores' 29 points led Fullerton as the Hornets clinched a share of the conference title. Angie Baca scored 22 and Lauren Murphy added 15 as the Hornets led by nine at halftime. Fullerton (25-7, 11-2) connected on five of seven three-point shooting in the second half to pull away. Rochelle Anthony led Santa Ana (18-8, 7-6) with 23 points.

Saddleback 84, Fullerton 74--Marshall Freeman was 12 of 15 from the free-throw line in a victory for Saddleback (11-9, 3-2). Freeman had 31 points and 15 rebounds. Fullerton (15-6, 3-2) falls out of first place. In a women's game: Orange Coast 64, Santa Ana 44--Chantay Peyton scored 13 of her 17 points in the second half as host Orange Coast (16-7, 4-1) pulled away from Santa Ana, which is ranked third in the state. Orange Coast was ahead, 29-25, at the half and outscored Santa Ana, 35-19.

In other Division II-A games: Brea Olinda 54, San Bernardino 45--Rochelle Anthony scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds and Marissa Bradley had 16 points and five steals for top-seeded Brea Olinda (24-3), which will meet fourth-seeded Perris in the semifinals.
