Roger Mayweather couldn't stand up because of stomach cramps. He couldn't breathe because of the pain. He couldn't see too well out of his left eye because of a bad cut. And so, slouched on his stool, he sank his head into his hands and called it quits. Mayweather-Chavez II had become No Mas II . And Julio Cesar Chavez had become the World Boxing Council super-lightweight champion Saturday night at the Forum before an estimated crowd of 14,000. Chavez was declared the winner on a 10th-round technical knockout because of Mayweather's inability to continue.
