An arrest warrant has been issued for a private investigator who worked for a father and son killed as they sat in their car at a Culver City intersection. The warrant, issued this week in Los Angeles by U.S. Magistrate George King, charges Robert Michael Allen, 31, with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, said FBI spokesman John Hoos.
