Ron Ruskjer, 44, was accompanied on the flight by two investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and was immediately taken to the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. A San Bernardino County woman accused with her companion of taking snapshots of themselves as they molested a 4-year-old girl pleaded not guilty Friday to four felony child abuse counts. Evelyn (Evie) Bacilio, 33, is charged with two counts of committing a forcible lewd act upon a child, oral copulation of a person under 14 and using a minor for a sex act. Bacilio entered her pleas in San Bernardino Municipal Court and was returned to jail here in lieu of $2-million bail.

Thanks to a tipster who knew their travel plans, a man and woman suspected of molesting a 4-year-old Newport Beach girl were arrested Friday morning--the man in Detroit, the woman in Las Vegas. Evelyn (Evie) Bacilio, 33, a secretary at a medical equipment company in Ontario, was taken into custody by San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies at 6:22 a.m. as she was preparing to fly to Chicago from Las Vegas' McCarran Airport under an assumed name.
