A technical hitch has delayed for the second time the launch of an Ariane-5 rocket with a probe designed to land on a comet and study it, officials said Friday. The Rosetta probe had been set to launch from French Guiana. A piece of detached insulation was found in the final inspection of the rocket's main fuel tank. A new launch date will probably be set for next week.
