Kimora Lee Simmons is off the market and has been for a while now, according to her ex-husband, Russell Simmons.  The runway model/designer/author, 38, has secretly married Goldman Sachs investment banker Tim Leissner, whom she has been linked to since last year, according to E! News. However, it is unclear when the nuptials actually took place. "All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married," Russell Simmons, 56,  tweeted  Wednesday. "Tim is has been family for a while now. #gossipcop....

Music producer and hip-hop pioneer Russell Simmons will receive the Producers Guild 2013 Visionary Award at the 24th annual Producers Guild Awards ceremony Jan. 26 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The Visionary Award recognizes television, film or new media producers for "their uniquely positive or uplifting contributions to our culture through inspired storytelling or performance," according to the guild. Simmons is being honored for his work in TV ("Def Comedy Jam") and film but also for his humanitarian efforts and role as a United Nations goodwill ambassador.

This is probably not the type of publicity Russell Simmons was hoping for with his new YouTube channel, All Def Digital.  The media mogul has apologized for and taken down from the channel a comedy video titled "The Harriet Tubman Sex Tape. " The spoof portrayed the abolitionist icon tricking her slave master into having sex with her on camera in order to blackmail him. The video received a barrage of criticism, including posts on social media sites and online publications  that called it offensive.   ON LOCATION: Where the cameras roll Simmons, in a statement posted on the pop culture website GlobalGrind.com, said he had been contacted by "buddies" from the NAACP, who asked him to take the video down.

LAS VEGAS -- Def Jam label co-founder Russell Simmons and veteran television and film producer Brian Robbins have joined forces to launch the new YouTube channel All Def Digital (ADD), a name that hints at the partners' ambitions to create entertainment for a diverse audience of viewers who have been jokingly labeled the short-attention-span generation.  ADD launches in the spring with a network of offerings to include music, comedy and scripted programs for the hip-hop culture.

Kimora Lee Simmons and actor Djimon Hounsou have separated after 5½ years together, she confirmed Wednesday on Twitter. "There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating," she wrote . "The truth is Djimon+I have been separated for some time. We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends+family.
