Former Sacramento County Supervisor William Bryan has been indicted on federal charges of lying to the court about his finances to get a public defender. Bryan, 52, who now lives in Minnesota, surrendered to FBI agents in Minneapolis, said U.S. Atty. David Levi. Bryan was indicted by a federal grand jury in Sacramento on charges of obstruction of justice and filing a false statement with the U.S. District Court.
